RHPPM as an organisation is driven by individuals, who are at the very top of their game, and are hugely experienced and successful in delivering large and complex Lift and Escalator Packages in both High Rise and Metro / Rail environments in the UK.   Our team members  have Construction skill sets outside of Lifts and Escalators, invariably Civils or MEP, and so understand the Construction business as a whole, but have also over the years developed invaluable understanding and experience in the delivery of both Lift and Escalator Packages on very large and complex projects. The inter-relationship between the Construction side of a project and the Lift and Escalator companies delivering Lift and Escalator Assets requires great care and understanding and above all the ability to communicate at all levels and with all aspects in the successful delivery of Lift and Escalator Assets on site which our team possess’. RHPPM’s Mission is to “Debug” the whole process of getting Lift and Escalator Assets delivered and handed over on a project to Programme and to Budget, and this by default will protect the relationships and reputations of Clients, Construction Companies and Lift and Escalator Companies alike.
